Do I need to bring my ticket with me to the event?Yes, we will need to scan your ticket on entry to the festival - you can either print out a copy of your e-ticket or save the paper and load your ticket on to your phone for scanning.

My ticket has not been emailed, what should I do?Send us a message on Facebook, call our office on 07 4972 5111 or email us at events1@gladstonefestival.com so we can investigate further and get your tickets re-issued.

Can I get a refund on my ticket if I can no longer attend?It depends. If you are unwell and experiencing COVID like symptoms we can issue a full refund of your ticket. If you cannot attend for other reasons you can arrange to have your ticket transferred into someone else's name. If you can no longer attend and need a refund, it is best to call us on 07 4972 5111 or send an email to events1@gladstonefestival.com so we can discuss your options further with you.

Can I get tickets at the door?The event is capped, and tickets are selling fast, therefore it is anticipated that we will not have tickets available for sale at the door.

What are the times for the festival?Gates open at 3pm for General admission and Early Bird and close at 10pm - last drinks will be called at 9:30pm. VIP tickets will have access from 2pm.

How much do the drinks cost?Prices of drinks vary - a full brewer and bar list will be available prior to the event.

Is there only beer and cider, or will other drinks be available?There will also be alcoholic ginger beer, spritzers, flavoured cider, wine, soft drink, other non-alcoholic mixers and water available.

Is there going to be a festival program with details on brewers, bands, festival map, parking and other info?Yes! The official festival online program will be available for download on 1st November - keep an eye on our Facebook page.

Can I bring a blanket or camp chair?Yes - attendees are permitted to bring a picnic blanket or small fold up camping chair.

Are children permitted?Unfortunately, no - the CQ Beer and Cider Festival is strictly an 18+ event. Security will be on site and will be checking ID's where required.

Are pets permitted?Sadly, no - your fur baby will have to sit this one out (with the exception of service dogs).

Can I bring my own food and drinks?No - the CQ Beer and Cider Festival is not a BYO event.

Is the event cashless?Yes! No cash will be accepted at any vendor stall at the event - the event is 100% cashless and will operate on a square payment system, so it's as simple and tap and go!

Will there be Gluten Free and Vegan food and drink options?There sure will be - all vendors will have menus on display which will indicate which items are GF or Vegan.

Will there be a designated smoking area?There sure will be - attendees are permitted to smoke in the DOSA of the festival.
